Review life insurance applications, change forms, and other documents for completeness and accuracy.,Forward original life insurance applications and related documentation to the insurance company.,Organize and request underwriting requirements.,Maintain accurate and complete client files.,Distribute client anniversary statements and notifications to Investment Advisors.,Follow-up with Investment Advisors to ensure timely client service and reviews.,Respond to client inquiries or direct them to appropriate staff.,Prepare insurance illustrations using provided software.,Complete electronic and paper insurance applications.,Obtain 'special' or 'enforce' insurance illustrations from carriers.,Plan and organize seminars, lunch and learns, workshops, and product launches for clients.
1-2 years of experience in the insurance industry.,Must be insurance licensed to discuss insurance-related items with clients.
