Description
The Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) team at Aritzia is expanding and seeks a Senior Manager/Manager to design, execute, and maintain industry-leading health and safety practices for its Food and Beverage (F&B) operations. This role involves preventing workplace injuries and illnesses, demonstrating the value of WSH to stakeholders, and implementing strategic improvements to WSH practices across F&B.
What We're Looking For
Lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives and employee development.,Establish Aritzia's approach to Workplace Safety & Health.,Minimize impacts associated with hazards and emergencies in company spaces.,Assess compliance of the Workplace Safety & Health program.,Respond to incidents quickly and effectively.,Manage, maintain, and monitor WSH risk.
Ideal Candidate
Proven skills, certifications, education, and/or experience in Workplace Safety & Health with a focus on Food & Beverage.,Commitment to learning and applying Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.,Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.,Commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.
