This role supports Aritzia's Enterprise Risk Management team, focusing on preventing, detecting, and resolving loss. The Risk Coordinator will administer and uphold standards across Product Security, Financial Security, People Security, and Property Security to minimize loss and maximize company success.
Key responsibilities include minimizing merchandise loss, safeguarding financial assets, implementing measures to protect people, clients, and communities, and ensuring the security of property and physical assets. The role also requires the ability to support both AM and PM shifts.
Required qualifications include OFA Level II certification, a commitment to understanding and applying Aritzia's values and leadership principles, fluent collaboration with cross-functional partners, and dedication to quality and business value.
