End User Technician/ IT Operations Analyst III (US)

Description

This role involves providing daily application and system support for tasks of low to moderate complexity. Responsibilities include resolving client application/system issues, assisting with installations, configurations, and upgrades, and contributing to change control, capacity planning, and security. The position requires performing basic problem determination and supporting operational hours from 8 AM to 8 PM. It also involves travel between local campus buildings and potentially out-of-state locations.

What We're Looking For

Provide day-to-day application/system support.,Participate in resolving client applications/system issues.,May support the installation, configuration, and upgrade of business applications/systems.,Participate and contribute to change control, capacity planning, and security.,Perform basic problem determination.,Required to travel between Campus buildings and offices in the surrounding area.,Ability to travel to other Campus locations out of state.,Support full operational hours available 8 am-8 pm.

Ideal Candidate

Computer Technical degree or certificate (Preferred),Ability to pass manufacturer warranty courses for hardware repair (Preferred),High level understanding for laptop desktop repair (Preferred),Asset management experience (Preferred),Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate,2-3 years relevant experience
