TD is seeking a seasoned leader to define, evolve, and manage the Enterprise Data Management Office (EDMO) Operating Model and organizational hierarchy. This role ensures clarity, consistency, and efficiency across enterprise data management practices, focusing on governance tools, transparency, and alignment within Business Segments and Corporate Functions. The successful candidate will blend strategic thinking with operational rigor to create a scalable model that supports EDMO's mandate and accelerates execution.
Define, maintain, and continuously improve EDMO's operating model and organizational hierarchy.,Ensure alignment with enterprise governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.,Partner with stakeholders to embed the model into day-to-day operations and decision-making.,Own and manage EDMO governance tools (e.g., hierarchy management systems, workflow platforms).,Oversee tool enhancements, data integrity, and user adoption across segments.,Develop standards and procedures for onboarding, updates, and reporting.,Maintain authoritative records of EDMO roles, responsibilities, and reporting structures.,Monitor compliance with operating model principles and escalate gaps.,Provide transparency through dashboards and reporting for executives and governance forums.,Collaborate with Data Owners, Stewards, and governance leads to ensure clarity of roles and accountability.,Act as the primary point of contact for hierarchy and tool-related inquiries.,Drive education and awareness sessions to promote consistent application of the model.,Undergraduate degree; graduate degree or equivalent experience preferred.,8+ years in data governance, operating model design, or enterprise program management.,Strong understanding of organizational design principles and governance frameworks.,Proven ability to manage enterprise tools and processes with precision and scalability.
