Description

The Dynatrace Specialist will provide expert advice and leadership in operational system/application planning, performance, availability, integration, operations support, and release/deployment management. This role involves acting as a primary subject matter expert, consulting with clients and project teams, working autonomously on complex tasks, and coaching other IT professionals. The specialist will also serve as a key resource for technical information exchange.

What We're Looking For

Provide expert advice and/or act in a lead capacity on operational system/applications planning, performance, availability, integration, operations support and release/deployment management.,Consult with clients and/or project teams regarding operational support/solutions.,Work independently and autonomously on a diverse range of tasks/operational support of solutions.,Coach/educate other IT professionals.,Act as a key resource in the exchange of technical information for project teams, the business, and/or outside vendors.,Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate (Graduate degree, preferred),7+ years relevant experience,5+ years of experience with Dynatrace.,5+ years of experience in developing Operational and Business Dashboards, setting up alerting profiles.,3+ years with Dynatrace Synthetic.,1+ year with Grail.
