What We're Looking For
Design and develop robust backend services in Java (Spring Boot) following microservices architecture best practices.,Create and integrate performant, secure, and well-documented REST APIs.,Participate in the integration of events and data flows with messaging systems like Kafka, JMS, or IBM MQ.,Contribute to frontend development with TypeScript and Angular (or equivalent), collaborating with UX/UI teams for fluid and intuitive interfaces.,Participate in the full DevOps development cycle: code review, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and application monitoring.,Deploy applications in containerized environments (Docker) orchestrated with Kubernetes or OpenShift.,Collaborate with architects and related teams to optimize system performance, security, resilience, and maintainability.,Provide occasional operational support following a 'you build it, you run it' approach, including incident diagnosis and continuous technical debt reduction.,Mentor or support less experienced developers and contribute to the evolution of internal practices.
Ideal Candidate
Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in software development, including several in Java and distributed services environments.,Demonstrated ability to work on complex architectural projects and make structural technical decisions.,Autonomy, sense of initiative, and excellence in problem-solving.,Ability to explain technical issues to various stakeholders.,Bilingualism in French and English (reading, writing, and verbal communication) for collaboration with national and international teams and partners.
