This role involves leading the Distribution team at Aritzia to ensure seamless inbound and outbound operations within third-party logistics (3PL) facilities. Key responsibilities include optimizing inventory accuracy, maximizing operational efficiency, and fostering team development while supporting the overall distribution network to provide excellent service to Aritzia's customers.
Uphold day-to-day operational excellence within 3PLs and identify opportunities for improvement.,Manage and facilitate the inbound and outbound operations within 3PLs.,Foster inventory accuracy and maximize operational efficiency within 3PLs.,Protect Aritzia's people, clients, and communities.,Work with Business Support partners to lead departmental functions and enable progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
