Description

The Toronto-Dominion Bank is seeking a Branch Manager for future opportunities in Downtown Brossard and surrounding areas. This role is at the forefront of TD Canada Trust, focusing on building deep, lasting customer relationships and contributing to communities. The manager will lead a team to deliver exceptional client experiences, understand market and economic trends, and provide personalized financial solutions to individuals and small and medium-sized businesses.

What We're Looking For

Mentor a team, emphasizing exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence, and personal development goals.,Address customer needs and compliance requirements through employee work schedules, ensuring adherence to all policies, procedures, and codes of conduct.,Collaborate with 'One TD' partners to meet all customer needs.,Support frontline staff in resolving complaints according to customer problem resolution guidelines; encourage experienced team members to act as a point of escalation and take charge as needed.,Coach the team on advice delivery strategies and client conversation tactics to provide a legendary customer experience.,Lead the team in monitoring workflows, prioritizing and assigning tasks, and resolving operational issues through improvements.,Manage complex daily administrative tasks of the branch.,Maintain customer interaction areas of the branch in accordance with regulatory, premises, and marketing guidelines.,Lead a high-performing team by providing continuous performance feedback and ensuring performance management activities are completed.,Contribute to establishing a fair, positive, and equitable environment by promoting team effectiveness, maintaining a positive attitude, and continuously improving knowledge of emerging industry trends and programs.

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate degree and/or over three years of relevant experience.,In-depth knowledge of process management, the business sector, and operational functions, including banking solutions and concepts.,Proficiency in computer tools, such as MS Office suite and the Internet.,Tactful and diplomatic communicator, capable of conveying ideas and information to clients, partners, and management concisely and logically.,Ambitious individual with strong organizational skills, planning, and time management abilities.,Dynamic leader with excellent ability to influence others, able to work professionally with clients and employees in a fast-paced environment.
