Description

RBC Wealth Management Europe is seeking a Director, Wealth Manager to lead and manage business targets, drive net revenue and asset growth, foster client relationships, and promote digital adoption. This role involves maintaining existing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall group business plan and strategy. The successful candidate will also manage and mentor teams to ensure professional growth and exceptional service delivery.

What We're Looking For

Responsible for the management of a client base, developing and maintaining existing client relationships, and further increasing business with the generation of new clients.,Consistently leading interactions with wealth advice, ensuring a full understanding of clients' and prospects' financial and personal goals.,Operating with a growth mindset, managing a new business target, leading business development activities, and contributing towards the achievement of the group business plan, vision, and strategy.,Consistently articulating the full breadth of RBC proposition (e.g., investment, lending, cash, and trust solutions) to clients and prospects.,Working as part of the broader wealth management team, introducing specialists to client relationships where required.,Ensuring clients are referred internally to the 'home of best fit'.,Confidently guiding clients through the advice journey before involving specialist colleagues.,Leading and managing teams, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.,Driving performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews, individual development conversations, and planning.

Ideal Candidate

Level 6 CISI or CII (Level 4 can be considered with extensive experience),Significant experience within a wealth management role,Proven Relationship Management skills, with ability to understand client needs, identify and articulate solutions, and earn client trust.,Extremely detailed and diverse knowledge of business sectors, current business developments, market trends, and financial products and services.,Acts as a role model and demonstrates a high degree of capacity to drive positive behaviours in team members and colleagues.
