Director, UK & EU Head of Technology Risk

Description

The Director, UK & EU Head of Technology Risk will be responsible for owning and developing the regional UK and Europe technology risk roadmap, managing the delivery of Enterprise Global IT Risk (GITR) services, and overseeing regional IT risk reporting. This role involves ensuring compliance with regional technology regulatory requirements, developing an IT Asset Identification strategy, acting as a technology risk ambassador, engaging with regulators and audit teams, and providing region-specific advisory services.

What We're Looking For

Own and develop the regional UK and Europe technology risk roadmap, including talent management.,Develop the regional delivery model of Enterprise Global IT Risk (GITR) services.,Manage and measure how GITR capabilities and services are delivered, ensuring consistency and meeting regional needs.,Responsible for all GITR content and input into regional 1LoD and 2LoD Technology Risk Committees.,Execute the regional Technology Risk Profile and present outputs for risk reporting.,Provide oversight and strategic direction for all regional IT risk reporting, aligning with Enterprise logic.,Develop and implement a regional strategy for demonstrating compliance with regional technology regulatory requirements.,Develop and implement a regional IT Asset Identification execution strategy.,Act as a technology risk ambassador, identifying IT Risk issues and partnering with functional heads to define and implement solutions.,Engage with regulators and audit teams on regional assessments.,Operate as the focal leader for IT Risk to build strong relationships across geographic scopes and businesses.,Provide training and awareness on IT Risk matters.,Provide region-specific advisory services using enterprise capabilities to solve local issues.,Remain enthusiastic during times of change and communicate support for Management Decisions.,Anticipate and proactively seek out future challenges.,Escalate, manage and report control issues succinctly with clarity and transparency.
