Description

This role involves leading the digital transformation of CIBC's Talent function. The Director will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and delivering best-in-class digital solutions, automating processes, and creating a unified, data-driven employee experience. The position requires aligning technology strategies with business priorities, driving engagement, and fostering continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

Develop and execute a comprehensive talent digital solutions roadmap in alignment with enterprise and People, Culture and Talent strategic priorities.,Lead the assessment, selection, and implementation of market-leading platforms to unify and modernize Talent processes.,Collaborate with HR, Technology, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of digital initiatives.,Leverage analytics, employee feedback, and industry best practices to inform decisions and measure the impact of talent digital solutions.,Drive adoption of new talent digital tools and processes that enhance employee and stakeholder satisfaction.,Monitor trends, proactively recommend enhancements, and foster a culture of innovation.,Leverage modern AI capabilities and automation to advance employee experiences.
