Lead and manage the Talent Cycle Canada Operations team, ensuring efficient, effective, and scalable service delivery.,Drive a high-performance culture centered on excellent employee experiences and a rigorous controls environment.,Embed and accelerate strategic core operational capabilities across teams.,Leverage change management capabilities to lead a future-ready team and continuously improve performance and digital optimization.,Develop strong relationships with partners and colleagues for strong collaboration, communication, and goal alignment.,Leverage data and analytics to drive effective workforce management and capacity planning, operating within approved budgets.,Identify and implement opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the team.,Execute relevant activities and hold teams accountable to operate within risk appetite, limits, and policies.,Responsible for implementing and maintaining an appropriate system of internal controls to identify, assess, measure, and mitigate current and emerging risks.,Promote a 'safe to speak-up' environment and strong risk culture.,Oversee the development of effective action plans to resolve outstanding risk issues and ensure timely completion of remediation tasks.,Drive team performance by setting clear goals, providing feedback and coaching, and advocating for team members.,Create a diverse and inclusive team environment, demonstrating empathy and supporting team well-being.
