The Director will report to the Managing Partner in Québec and collaborate with Clients and Market Partners.
Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for client retention and growth.,Collaborate with sector and service line leaders to identify market opportunities and tailor campaigns.,Champion the firm's Clients & Markets strategy, fostering cross-functional collaboration and executional speed.,Utilize insights and research to distinguish market voice in Québec and drive revenue growth.,Develop and adapt tools and resources for client-facing teams, ensuring alignment with national and global brand standards.,Manage budgets, performance metrics (KPIs), and reporting to demonstrate ROI.,Serve as a strategic advisor to KPMG Quebec leadership on market positioning and brand visibility.,Oversee Client Relations and Growth group of Developer.,Promote KPMG's expertise through events, content, and media engagement.,Ensure firm representation at key industry forums and client-facing opportunities.,Oversee Pursuits and Proposals team, leading proposal strategy for high-value opportunities.,Provide strategic direction, setting priorities, and optimizing the performance of the Vice President, Client Relations and Growth-Quebec.,Optimize team processes with available technologies and manage changing priorities.,Inspire and mentor marketing professionals, fostering innovation and excellence.,Support career development and growth of the team.
Proven 15 years of experience in strategic marketing leadership within a professional service or B2B environment.,Deep understanding of client relationship management and market dynamics.,Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.,Experience in account management, sales, and pipeline management is a big asset.,Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.,Experience working in matrixed organizations and leading cross-functional initiatives.,Experience in executing and understanding all team roles, ideally having performed them in the past.
