Director, Retail Operations
Description
Aritzia is seeking a Director, Retail Operations to join its growing team. This role focuses on maximizing business results across existing stores and new store concepts in the USA North West region. The successful candidate will identify opportunities to drive sales, maximize profits, ensure operational excellence in boutiques, and support special initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Identify, solve, and/or escalate sales driving or profit maximizing opportunities, and protect the business in response to extenuating incidents.,Act as the front-end, single point of contact identifying and advocating for new infrastructure, and supporting new boutique openings and events on the ground.,Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement while upholding the daily standards of operational excellence in boutiques.
Ideal Candidate
Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in Retail or other relevant Business Management.,MBA preferred.
Minimum Education
Relevant Business Management certifications or degree, MBA preferred
