This role as Director, Retail at Aritzia Inc. involves leading boutique management teams to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional client experiences, and foster client loyalty. The Director will drive continuous improvement across the region through strong leadership and collaboration with cross-functional partners, while also supporting the career growth of their team members.
