This role at National Bank of Canada involves managing the operational, technical, energy, and sustainable performance of a building portfolio. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily building operations, implementing maintenance strategies (preventive, corrective, predictive), piloting asset management, engaging operational teams, optimizing energy and sustainable performance, and coordinating space use and occupant experience within a hybrid work environment.

What We're Looking For

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure optimal performance of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, security, and automation infrastructures.,Define and implement preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance strategies, ensuring compliance with safety standards and environmental certifications.,Pilot asset management strategy, monitor performance indicators, analyze operational reports, and recommend continuous improvements, including CAPEX/OPEX budget management and digital investments.,Oversee and engage operational teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and data-driven management, and supporting the adoption of digital tools (BIM, CMAM, IOT).,Optimize energy and sustainable performance of the real estate portfolio by recommending adapted initiatives and integrating smart building management best practices.,Coordinate the use of spaces and the occupant experience, including moving, making arrangements, and operational communications with users.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering or a related field.,Significant experience (approximately 5 to 7 years) in real estate operations in partnership with an outside real estate operator.,Proficiency in operational performance monitoring and contractual management tools.,Solid expertise in technical building environments (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, building management systems).,Experience in project management, including budget management, CAPEX/OPEX, and asset renewal cycles.
