Director Program Management
Description
The Director Program Management will oversee and lead the end-to-end delivery of a strategic, multi-workstream mobile program within RBC Digital Channels & Solutions. This role involves driving planning, implementation, and delivery to meet program goals within approved timelines, scope, and budget. The director will collaborate with various product stakeholders, internal partners, and delivery groups, and will be responsible for program-level oversight reporting.
What We're Looking For
Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic programs; Design and operate a scalable agile delivery framework; Define and manage program charter, roadmap, integrated delivery plan, and cross-group dependency model; Establish and maintain program-level governance, risk, and control frameworks; Identify, track, and resolve complex delivery, technical, and business risks; Drive program financial management; Manage scope and prioritization; Define KPIs and performance metrics; Build and maintain strong partnerships; Facilitate executive communications and cross-functional alignment.
Ideal Candidate
Undergraduate degree (preferably in Business/Engineering); PMP/PgMP; Experience in financial services, regulated environments, and large digital transformation programs; Familiarity with lean portfolio management, flow metrics and value stream funding models.
