RBC is seeking a results-driven and analytically rigorous leader to oversee consolidated strategic portfolio and performance management reporting for Innovation & Technology. This role involves serving as a trusted advisor to the I&T senior leadership team, supporting strategic initiatives, and driving financial insights and thought leadership to influence business outcomes. Manage a high-performing team (1 direct report) for consolidated strategic and performance management reporting (Monthly Business Review, Quarterly Business Review, Zero Based Budgeting reporting).,Serve as the primary strategic, finance, and resource management contact for I&T with T&O Finance, Technology Chief Operating Office, and US CIO Operating Office.,Lead end-to-end Portfolio Management, including monthly portfolio, financial, and resource reporting.,Support senior-level requests for metric reporting to the Technology Chief Operating Office.,Partner with Financial Control to ensure financial integrity and compliance with accounting standards.,Identify and implement enhancements to reporting processes, forecasting, and planning workflows.,Own coordination and consolidation of the Annual Planning cycle for I&T, managing timelines, narrative, and deliverables.,Co-lead coordination and production of the I&T Monthly and Quarterly Business Review for senior executives.,Act as a strategic co-pilot, partnering with the I&T Senior Leadership Team to drive actionable insights, strategies, and business case analysis.,Translate financial and capacity data into clear, executive-ready narratives for OC level executives.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Advanced credentials (MBA, CFA, CPA) are strongly preferred.,Leadership & Executive Presence: 8+ years of progressive experience in a relevant role, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
