Lead the design, execution, and evaluation of enterprise-level marketing experiments and reports across channels, lines of businesses, and client segments.,Build and evolve RBC's experimentation framework to accelerate test-and-learn velocity, ensure statistical rigour, and scale best practices.,Manage and mentor a high-performing team of marketing analysts.,Translate complex test results into clear, actionable insights that influence strategy and campaign performance.,Partner across Lines of Business, Data & Analytics, Technology, Digital, and Marketing to embed experimentation into the end-to-end campaign lifecycle.,Champion a test-and-learn culture across the Personal Banking organization.,Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to inform client engagement, personalization, and marketing strategies.
