Director, Infrastructure

Contribute to the development of business and strategic plans for CDPQ Australia's Asian infrastructure investments,Leverage network in the country/region to identify investment and partnership opportunities for CDPQ Australia,Support leadership of the CDPQ Australia team with oversight and guidance on origination and execution,Collaborate internally and externally as a key player for the execution of infrastructure investments,Structure, set up, and conduct due diligence on transactions,Ensure rigorous monitoring of investments and recommend actions based on defined strategies,Coordinate decision-making as a shareholder,Develop active management and value creation strategies for portfolio assets,Carry out research and analysis related to transactions, define investment criteria, and present recommendations to the investment committee

Master's degree in finance, MBA or CFA designation (considered an asset),Minimum 10-15 years of total experience in investing / corporate finance / investment banking, in the infrastructure and project finance industries,Proven track record of successful deal origination, execution, and management within the infrastructure investment space,Excellent knowledge of English (spoken and written),Knowledge of French (a plus),Knowledge of the regional infrastructure market,Established network across the region,Australian citizen or PR preferred
