Description

This role within CIBC's Human Resources team involves leading the design, development, and execution of future-focused strategic workforce strategies aligned with the bank's strategic priorities. This includes initiatives like reimagining the future of work, HR transformation, and talent-based strategies, driving strategic thinking, thought-leadership, and innovation across key HR workforce initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Lead the design and development of workforce strategies, including topics like the future of work and new operating models, informed by industry insights and CIBC's global human capital strategic priorities.,Conduct internal and external market research to identify opportunities and translate research into insights for workforce transformation.,Anticipate emerging trends and future needs to build and develop strategies supporting human capital deliverables.,Provide market-leading insights and trends to inform key workforce strategy recommendations.,Understand how HR enables the business and workforce, as well as how businesses are being disrupted.,Take a holistic view of change management for large, transformational programs.,Drive, manage, and execute projects and initiatives with a focus on change management.,Build and implement strategic roadmaps, embedding change management methodology to engage stakeholders and support enterprise transition.,Possess strong written and verbal communication skills for storyboarding, developing whitepapers, and building buy-in on strategies.,Demonstrate a proven track record in leading and creating materials for Executive forums and audiences.,Forge strong relationships with various teams by working with internal and external partners.

Ideal Candidate

Degree/diploma in Business, Human Resources or a related field.
