Director, Data Platform Governance

Description

The Director of Lumina (Data Platform) Governance leads the governance operations for RBC's Lumina AI & Data Platform. This role focuses on ensuring efficient and compliant production deployment of Data & AI use cases, combining governance leadership, onboarding operations management, and leveraging Agentic AI to create an intelligent, autonomous, and predictive governance function.

What We're Looking For

Transform Platform Onboarding: Reduce intake-to-production from days to hours using Agentic AI.

Pioneer Autonomous Governance: Transform governance from a reactive process to proactive, intelligent risk management.

Scale Through AI: Deploy AI agents to handle governance tasks, achieving autonomous processing of low-risk reviews.

Drive production approval decisions and maintain enterprise compliance.

Build Intelligent Control Framework: Partner with engineering to automate control evaluations using Agentic AI, predictive analytics, and autonomous remediation.

Ideal Candidate

Experience in governance leadership and onboarding operations management.

Expertise in deploying AI agents for governance tasks.

Ability to drive production approval decisions and maintain compliance.

Skills in building intelligent control frameworks with AI and analytics.

Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices for the full software development life cycle, including testing methods, coding standards, code reviews, and source control management.
