Description

This role involves overseeing the Technical Portfolio for Corporate Real-estate and Brand Management, focusing on operational functions and strategies for corporate programs. The Director will manage activities through senior managers and implement corporate and divisional strategic plans and budgets.

What We're Looking For

Manage the implementation of multiple concurrent initiatives efficiently, monitoring and controlling activities according to plan.,Continuously identify, analyze, mitigate, and escalate potential issues, conflicts, and risks.,Develop and execute end-to-end change management plans and communications.,Collaborate on cross-functional enterprise initiatives and manage the effective implementation of assigned deliverables.,Establish strong working relationships across business units and platforms to build influence with key business partners.,Collaborate with groups to define and achieve deliverables and ensure initiatives are integrated into RBC procedures.,Contribute to ongoing administrative program activities as required.,Undergraduate degree coupled with change management experience in complex programs with high frequency of requests and multiple priorities.,Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills, and presentation skills.,Ability to determine information and communication needs of stakeholders and projects.,Strong organizational, project management, and time management capabilities.,Strong understanding of technology and/or financial services industry.,Deadline-driven and results-oriented, able to meet high quality standards with multiple tasks and deadlines.

Ideal Candidate

Undergraduate degree coupled with change management experience in complex programs with high frequency of requests and multiple priorities.,Experience in a matrix environment, such as a large, publicly-traded corporation.
