Director, Advisory Communications Lead, Global Communications

Description

The role involves joining a diverse team at KPMG, focusing on strategic internal communications within the Global Internal Communications Team. The successful candidate will partner with leaders to deliver communications aligned with KPMG's Collective Strategy, specifically leading Advisory communications strategy to engage employees and promote growth. Key responsibilities include providing strategic internal communications advice to the Global Head of Advisory, designing and delivering leadership communication programs, shaping AI initiatives communications, evolving current Advisory programs, and executing the global internal communications strategy with innovative thinking.

What We're Looking For

At least ten years of experience in communications, with a minimum of five years at a management level, demonstrating internal communications expertise.,Strong influencing and communication skills to interact professionally, calmly, and persuasively with internal stakeholders across diverse cultures and working styles.,Experience working with senior management and exercising diplomacy.,Proven project management skills with the ability to gain buy-in and support from diverse stakeholders, ideally in a global, matrix context.,A forward-thinking attitude toward AI and the ability to use it responsibly in daily work.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in a communication-related qualification.
