Act as a central integration point between different asset classes, collaborating closely with specialized teams (fixed income, equities, credit, etc.).

Analyze and interpret complex financial concepts, translating them into clear messages for various audiences, including senior management, investment committees, and internal partners.

Participate in the development, implementation, and evolution of general fund investment strategies, based on quantitative analyses, market scenarios, and a deep understanding of an insurance company's reality.

Monitor economic and financial trends, assessing their impact on the overall portfolio, particularly regarding asset-liability matching and risk management.

Collaborate closely with business lines on the development of new products and initiatives.

Work in partnership with actuarial, risk management, accounting, tax, and legal teams to ensure integrated, coherent management aligned with the organization's global objectives.

Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, actuarial science, economics, or related disciplines.

CFA Charter holder or equivalent.

Postgraduate degree an asset.
