Description

This role focuses on client relationship management within collective savings and retirement. The director will support plan sponsors and enhance the overall client experience by building lasting business relationships. They will act as a key resource for clients, providing in-depth training on products and services, understanding client needs to offer suitable solutions, and proactively informing clients about relevant changes. The role also involves collaborating with sales teams for business development and contributing to service strategy evolution.

What We're Looking For

Act as a dedicated client resource, building and maintaining valuable relationships with plan sponsors.,Participate in retirement committee meetings, annual meetings, and client staff meetings.,Provide in-depth training on products, tools, and services for effective management of collective savings-retirement plans.,Understand client needs and propose adapted solutions, adhering to service standards and capabilities.,Collaborate with the financial education team to develop communication plans to increase participant involvement.,Proactively inform clients of changes affecting their plans (products, services, legislative, etc.).,Support business development by collaborating with the sales team and participating in finalist presentations.,Contribute to the evolution of service strategies and models.,Actively participate in team life by sharing best practices and industry knowledge.

Ideal Candidate

University degree (BA).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, financial planning, or customer service.,In-depth knowledge of retirement plans and strong technical skills.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Excellent organizational skills, autonomy, and team spirit.,Comfortable in a dynamic environment and able to work under pressure.,Experience in client relationship management and with internal and external partners.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint.,Permit in collective savings and retirement insurance from the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF).,Understanding and experience with Lean philosophy (A3, Kaizen, DMS).,Advanced knowledge of English.
