Lead the program related to strategic initiatives risk management, including identification, evaluation, management, and reporting of risks.,Harmonize tools, processes, and methodologies with other lines of defense.,Oversee new initiative risk assessment and approval processes.,Ensure accountability to senior management and the Board of Directors.,Support strategic planning and monitoring of risk indicators.,Supervise the identification, evaluation, and analysis of emerging risks, formulate recommendations, and prepare reports for the Board of Directors.,Act as a risk management expert in merger and acquisition analyses and coordinate the integration of new entities.,Advise and support business partners on strategic, transversal, and emerging risks, recommending mitigation measures.,Mobilize, develop, and supervise a team of strategic risk management experts.,Structure and optimize governance, frameworks, tools, and processes for sound risk management across all business sectors.,Actively participate in transversal initiatives requiring expertise.

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Law, or another appropriate discipline.,More than 10 years of experience in risk management or a relevant field, ideally within financial institutions or a regulated environment.
