Description

This role involves developing and implementing ticketing department strategies, overseeing data collection and quality, and collaborating with partners to optimize marketing strategies for Centre Vidéotron. The director will conduct advanced sales analytics, lead a team to achieve operational and financial goals, build strong internal relationships, and ensure administrative and accounting follow-ups for ticketing operations. They will also improve process efficiency and work closely with Ticketmaster.

What We're Looking For

Develop ticketing department operational and development strategies.,Supervise the collection, quality, reliability, and structuring of ticketing data.,Maintain direct contact with partners to analyze their needs and develop optimal marketing strategies for Centre Vidéotron.,Coordinate necessary actions with partners.,Conduct advanced analyses: sales forecasts, demand modeling, behavioral analyses, etc.,Lead employees to meet organizational expectations regarding operational and financial objectives.,Build strong relationships with marketing, sales, programming, finance, and production teams.,Provide supervision, advice, and support to the ticketing manager.,Improve process efficiency and develop optimized procedures for ticketing operations.,Analyze sales results and recommend action plans to maximize revenue and improve processes.,Establish and maintain trusted and collaborative relationships with ticketing partner Ticketmaster.,Ensure administrative and accounting follow-up of ticketing operations.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any other pertinent discipline.,8 to 10 years of experience in ticketing within a performance venue, including 3 years in management.,Atypical schedule according to show programming.,Demonstrate good strategic sense and leadership.,Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding environment, autonomously and as part of a team.,Ability to manage change.,Capable of interacting effectively with stakeholders at all levels.,Rigor, analytical and synthetic mind.,Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in software: MS Office, etc.,Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English. The person in this position will frequently communicate with external Anglophone partners outside Quebec.

Work Hours
