RBC Direct Investing is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to support new and existing High Net Worth/Ultra High Net Worth (HNW/UHNW) clients with complex financial needs. This role involves managing a portfolio of high-value clients, delivering exceptional service, identifying client needs, and connecting them with appropriate RBC partners. The manager will also lead client seminars, deepen relationships by highlighting RBC DI's online platform benefits, and cultivate networks to attract new business, focusing on client retention and asset growth within the designated market, specifically Northeastern Ontario, Ottawa, and Kingston.
Accountable for retention and asset growth of an assigned portfolio of RBCDI's highest value clients in your market.,Deliver an exceptional partner experience, supporting clients with a “white glove” level of care.,Identify client needs and introduce them to RBC partners for added value.,Collaborate with local market partners (Private Banking and Business Financial Services) to identify new HNW client opportunities requiring in-person onboarding.,Deliver client seminars and knowledge sessions to drive engagement and awareness of RBCDI's value proposition.,Deepen client relationships by offering value-added insights and ensuring clients utilize RBC DI's online platform effectively.,Understand market growth opportunities and cultivate Centre of Influence (COI) networks for new business.,Post-secondary education and a minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service role.,Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.,Proven ability to achieve results and KPIs.,2+ years brokerage or investment industry experience.,Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practice Handbook (CPH) required for IIROC registration.,Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills, with attention to detail.
