Description

The Manager, Customer Enablement at Aritzia is responsible for deeply understanding customer needs, developing programs and tools to enhance customer value, and advocating for the customer across all channels. This role focuses on scaling the customer data foundation to facilitate smarter, faster customer decisions, deliver seamless and customer-centric experiences, and support enterprise-wide initiatives such as loyalty programs and customer insights.

What We're Looking For

Execute the strategic and technical enablement of the Customer Data Platform (CDP), including its selection, implementation, and operationalization.,Collaborate with stakeholders to maximize the business’s ability to execute customer-centric use cases by translating strategic objectives into technical specifications for the CDP.,Establish and enforce enterprise-wide standards for data governance, including ingestion protocols, identity resolution, data quality, and segmentation logic.,Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for customer engagement, conversion, and loyalty programs.,Drive organizational adoption of customer programs and tools through training, change management, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.,Lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling career development and a positive employee experience.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field (MBA preferred).,Deep hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools, ideally in a technical product management capacity.,Ability to translate business concepts (e.g., Customer Lifetime Value, loyalty tiers) into data models, segmentation logic, and identity graphs.,Strong focus on speed to market, process efficiency, and enabling business teams to operate with agility and autonomy.,Strong understanding of omnichannel retail and customer lifecycle management.,Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and drive measurable outcomes through collaboration with stakeholders across Marketing, Digital, Technology, and Data & Analytics.
