KPMG is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join their growing team. This role involves working with clients to assess processes, define requirements, and configure the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities include deploying ServiceNow, managing configurations, documenting requirements, conducting testing, and ensuring system quality and performance. The developer will also establish client relationships, lead projects, and provide technical and analytical expertise to deliver high-quality results. The position focuses on implementing IT strategies and systems for clients, leveraging KPMG's expertise in the ServiceNow platform and business understanding.
Work with clients to assess current processes and tools, define ServiceNow requirements, and develop and configure the ServiceNow platform,Conduct and participate in studies, positioning, feasibility, and detailed design phases, and make appropriate technology recommendations,Deploy ServiceNow, including managing system configurations, gathering and documenting user and process requirements, developing workflow customizations, and performing quality assurance and user acceptance testing,Coordinate operational activities required to ensure the quality, performance, reliability, availability, and continuous improvement of technology systems and solutions,Establish long-term business relationships with client staff and senior management,Take responsibility for client deliverables by leading engagements and teams to successful outcomes, focusing on supporting your team, client needs, and value creation,Develop technical and analytical expertise by delivering high-quality results on time and proactively identifying and resolving project issues,Work with KPMG senior leaders to understand, improve, and integrate service offerings across operations,Review and approve detailed quality and testing strategies for targeted application teams,Develop or perform technical review of test cases and scripts,Participate in quality review meetings,Rigorously execute manual and automated tests,Follow up on test results with application teams,Collaborate on project anomaly management,Analyze risks,Write various reports, propose solutions, make recommendations, and provide consulting support,Prepare and recommend action plans for situation correction
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role,Experience with agile development projects,Ability to identify and apply software development best practices,Proficiency with ServiceNow,Certified System Administrator (CSA),Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field from an accredited college or equivalent work experience (Master's degree in information systems, MBA, or other is an asset)
