This opportunity at RBC involves leading a team to develop and execute brand marketing materials for RBC Wealth Management, aiming to increase awareness and understanding among clients and financial advisors. What We're Looking For

Participate in collecting customer needs for graphic design work and advise senior management on strategic graphic design plans aligned with company visual identity.,Lead designers in collaborating with marketing consultants on projects.,Research and share resources for the graphic design process, staying updated on technological advances.,Manage a team of four designers, including hiring, training, supervising, and terminating.,Conduct creative reviews for brand consistency and impact, providing feedback.,Develop and deliver graphic design work and visual materials using specialized tools.,Collaborate with departmental leadership to improve existing processes and create efficiencies.,Identify, research, evaluate, and implement new deliverable modalities and applications.

Ideal Candidate

15+ years of experience in graphic design (Must-have),10+ years of experience in an in-house team or design agency (Must-have),Excellent typographic and visual design skills (Must-have),Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Must-have),Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Must-have),Proficient in coordinating and art directing photo shoots when necessary (Must-have),Exceptional attention to details (Must-have),Excellent communication skills (Must-have),Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment (Must-have),Ability to quickly understand and adapt to new tech platforms in a fast-paced environment (Must-have),Proficiency in: Microsoft Office suite, Workfront (Nice-to-have),Financial services sector experience (Nice-to-have),Ultra High Net Worth or Luxury Brand experience (Nice-to-have)
