Description

This Data Analyst role at KPMG involves assisting corporate finance and transaction services advisory clients. Key responsibilities include collecting and interpreting data, performing statistical analysis, identifying trends and patterns in complex datasets, and developing data collection and analytics strategies to optimize efficiency and quality. The analyst will also be involved in managing client files, maintaining various databases, and supporting the management team with reports and presentations.

What We're Looking For

Perform client and project due diligence.,Collect and interpret data.,Analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.,Analyze patterns and trends in data sets.,Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.,Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases.,Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.,Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.,Work closely with the management team to prioritize business and information needs.,Assist with preparation of documents, reports and presentations.,Maintain client files according to KPMG guidelines.,Compile and maintain electronic data rooms.,Maintain client transaction and marketing databases.,Develop and maintain market research and industry research databases.,Provide support to teammates, management team, and partners as required.

Ideal Candidate

Highly motivated and dynamic individual.,University student with a major in Accounting, Finance, Business, Math, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science or Computer Science.
