Data Analyst, PH&N Institutional Communications

Description

The Data Analyst at RBC is responsible for compiling and delivering data related to products, people, and assets under management to institutional audiences. This role involves populating questionnaires, web portals, marketing collateral, and responding to ad hoc data requests. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, proficient in MS Excel, interested in capital markets, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For

Compile and provide data on firm, products, people, and assets under management using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for internal and external audiences.,Support business development efforts.,Liaise with and manage stakeholders from RBC GAM and other global business partners.,Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.,Submit a cover letter with the application.,Experience working with and presenting data, with keen attention to detail.,Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines (organizational skills).,Ability to work independently, as well as within a team setting.,Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Ideal Candidate

Familiarity with SQL queries, Tableau, Salesforce, Python (Nice to Have),Canadian Securities Course (Nice to Have),CFA Investment Foundations Certificate (Nice to Have),CFA Level 1 (Nice to Have),Experience working in the investment industry (Nice to Have),Familiarity with AI and AI tools (Nice to Have)
