The Senior Manager/Manager, Analytics, Performance Marketing at Aritzia will join the Data & Analytics department, specifically supporting the Digital division. This role involves bridging business strategy with data by leveraging deep understanding of digital marketing and eCommerce, combined with expertise in experimentation and analytics. The goal is to drive data-informed decisions that build customer relationships and enhance eCommerce outcomes.
Lead the day-to-day function of the Performance Marketing D&A squad in support of corporate objectives, enabling career development for direct reports.,Partner with Digital, Marketing, Technology, and other business leaders to build and manage a performance marketing D&A strategy, roadmap, and prioritized backlog.,Define measurement strategies to quantify the performance of various Performance Marketing initiatives.,Leverage descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive methods to provide reliable insights that improve business performance and decision making.,Visualize and communicate analyses to the business, including building scalable reports and dashboards, enabling self-service analytics, and presenting findings.,Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data requirements into tactically and strategically sound data models.,Interpret and analyze data using advanced statistical techniques and tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, Python/R, BigQuery/BigQuery ML, and Google Co-Lab (Notebooks).
Experience in Geo-Experimentation and Incrementality Testing (designing and conducting geo-experiments, matched market tests, holdout groups, incrementality measurement techniques).,Commitment to operational efficiency and ability to identify and implement process/system improvements.,Passion for continuous learning and development, elevating analytics acumen.,Ability to support and champion data-informed decisions within eCommerce and Performance Marketing teams.,Experience leveraging descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive methods for insights.,Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners and effectively lead a team of Data Analysts.,Experience mentoring team members and leading a community of practice for Data Analysts.,Background in Paid Media, Performance Marketing, and eCommerce.
