As a bilingual licensed insurance advisor for Home & Auto at RBC, you will provide insurance advice and solutions to clients over the phone, focusing on building relationships, resolving concerns, and proactively recommending insurance solutions to achieve sales goals.
Provide insurance advice and solutions to clients based on their needs through inbound calls,Exhibit a consistent, positive client experience with every conversation and resolve client concerns at first point of contact,Complete personalized needs assessments and reviews leveraging tools, resources, and calculators,Demonstrate a solid understanding of regulatory risk when underwriting and updating home & auto insurance policies,Use procedures effectively and seamlessly during conversations with clients,Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to work as one RBC team
Possession of the Quebec Damage Insurance certificate delivered by l'Autorité des marchés financiers or the willingness and ability to successfully obtain it and the General Insurance License for Ontario Other Than Life and other provinces (training offered by RBC to get the certifications),Post-secondary education (Nice-to-have),Knowledge of insurance products (Nice-to-have),Customer service and/or sales experience in a contact centre environment (Nice-to-have)
37.5 hours/week; Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 8:30pm (Home & Auto Advice Centre hours of operation)
Flexibility to work all shifts within the hours of operation.
