Customer Services Representative Opportunities - GH Ontario Market

Description

As a Customer Service Representative within CIBC's Personal and Business Banking Team, you will assist clients with their daily banking needs, handle transactions, and proactively connect them with relevant team members to help achieve financial goals. This role focuses on delivering excellent client experiences, problem-solving, and leveraging technology to help clients manage their banking via mobile applications.

What We're Looking For

Help clients manage accounts and products, focusing on meaningful interactions.,Connect clients with appropriate CIBC team members to support their financial goals.,Listen, ask questions, and resolve client issues, taking accountability for solutions and collaborating when necessary.,Become proficient in technology, introducing clients to mobile banking applications.,Be flexible to work banking center hours, including evenings and weekends.,Be flexible to work at multiple banking centers within a reasonable travel distance.
