Description

This frontline role at TD Canada Trust involves building deep and lasting relationships with customers by performing a range of customer service transactions. Responsibilities include providing information and advice on banking products and services, understanding customer needs to recommend suitable solutions, and identifying opportunities for product promotion to ensure a positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to standard operating procedures and regulations.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend appropriate banking solutions.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating non-standard issues as necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions.,Connect personally with customers to advise them on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment.,Assist the team by respecting coworkers and keeping them updated on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.,Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills.,Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet usage.,Accurate and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.,Dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills, able to interact calmly, courteously, and effectively both verbally and in writing.
