Description

As a Customer Service Agent for National Bank of Canada's call centers, you will provide support to clients with their banking needs and assist them in utilizing electronic solutions. This role involves actively listening to clients, offering excellent customer service, and providing personalized solutions to have a positive impact on their banking experience.

Ideal Candidate

Work Hours

Variable schedule, informed three weeks in advance. Client Contact Centre in Montreal is open Monday to Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to midnight. Client Contact Centre in Sherbrooke is open Monday to Friday
