Joining the Supply Chain department, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of domestic customer orders. This role acts as the primary liaison between assigned clients and internal logistics teams, ensuring that order fulfillment is accurate, timely, and aligned with account management strategies.
Manage end-to-end domestic customer orders and inquiries,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and Account Managers,Process manual and EDI orders using SAP,Monitor stock levels and track order status,Coordinate logistics with planners, inventory teams, and 3PL partners,Generate order confirmations, COAs, and performance reports,Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
Prior experience in customer service or coordination roles,Background in supply chain is highly desirable,Must possess valid Australian working rights
