Laura Canada is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Team Leader to join their retail team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, training sales associates, monitoring sales targets, performing daily store operations, and opening/closing the store. The company is dedicated to employee development and career growth within the fashion retail industry.
What We're Looking For
Act as a stylist to build a personalized wardrobe to the customer.,Develop and train the sales team on exemplary customer service, the promotion of different programs, product knowledge and current trends.,Monitor sales targets frequently and take the required actions to influence the store’s results.,Perform daily tasks such as changing prices, shipping orders/transfers and keeping the store clean.,Open and close the store as required.
