Description

Laura Canada is seeking a Customer Experience Lead who is passionate about fashion and customer service. This role involves leading a sales team to provide an exceptional shopping experience, foster career growth, and ensure efficient store operations.

What We're Looking For

Act as a stylist to build personalized wardrobes for customers.

Develop and train the sales team on customer service, various programs, product knowledge, and current fashion trends.

Monitor sales targets frequently and implement strategies to improve store results.

Perform daily operational tasks including price changes, handling shipping/transfers, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Be responsible for opening and closing the store as required.

Ideal Candidate

Possess a contagious passion for fashion and customer service.

Have experience as a team leader or sales trainer.

Demonstrate a desire to develop a career in retail.

Exhibit strong selling and customer service skills.
