Laura Canada is seeking a proactive and innovative individual with a passion for fashion and customer service to join their team as a Team Leader. This role is crucial for providing an exceptional shopping experience and fostering the development of the sales team. What We're Looking For

Act as a stylist to curate personalized wardrobes for customers.

Develop and train the sales team in exemplary customer service, promoting various programs, product knowledge, and current fashion trends.

Regularly monitor sales targets and implement necessary actions to boost store performance.

Execute daily operational tasks, including price adjustments, managing shipping orders/transfers, and ensuring store cleanliness.

Responsible for opening and closing the store as required.

Ideal Candidate

Prior experience as a team leader or sales trainer.
