What We're Looking For

Act as a stylist to create personalized wardrobes for customers.,Develop and train the sales team on exceptional customer service, various programs, product knowledge, and current fashion trends.,Frequently monitor sales targets and implement necessary actions to boost store performance.,Execute daily operational tasks including price changes, handling shipping/transfers, and maintaining store cleanliness.,Be responsible for opening and closing the store as required.

Ideal Candidate

Possess a contagious passion for fashion and customer service.,Have experience as a team leader or sales trainer.,Demonstrate a desire to build a career in retail.,Exhibit strong selling and customer service skills.
