Laura Canada, a family-owned women's fashion retailer, is seeking a Customer Experience Lead (Assistant Store Manager). This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, acting as a stylist, and developing the sales team. Responsibilities include monitoring sales, managing daily store operations, and contributing to a positive shopping experience.
Act as a stylist to build personalized wardrobes for customers.
Develop and train the sales team on exemplary customer service, product knowledge, programs, and current trends.
Monitor sales targets and take actions to influence store results.
Perform daily tasks such as changing prices, shipping orders/transfers, and keeping the store clean.
Open and close the store as required.
