Description

This role at TD Canada Trust focuses on building deep and lasting customer relationships by accurately processing financial transactions and providing information and advice on banking products and solutions. The associate will understand customer needs, identify opportunities to promote relevant services, and refer customers to appropriate internal partners, all while ensuring a positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) following standardized operating procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions, exercising discretion in confidential matters.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard activities when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and in a timely manner.,Connect personally with customers to advise them clearly and appropriately on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal performance development.,Assist the team by respecting coworkers, staying dedicated, and keeping everyone informed on the status of routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and recommend operational improvements to achieve operational excellence.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset

Minimum Education
