Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) according to procedures, regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct.,Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions, exercising discretion with confidential matters.,Address and resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard issues when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and on time.,Engage with customers to provide clear advice on banking solutions.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment through team effectiveness and personal development.,Support the team by respecting colleagues, maintaining dedication, and providing updates on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements for excellence.
