Process financial transactions like deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to procedures and regulations.,Understand and determine customer needs to recommend appropriate banking solutions.,Respond to and resolve customer concerns, escalating non-standard issues as necessary.,Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing processes efficiently.,Connect personally with customers to advise them on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment and team effectiveness.,Assist the team by being respectful, dedicated, and keeping colleagues informed.,Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements.
High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.,Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.,Strong administration, organizational, planning and time management skills.,Hands-on knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet.,Proactive, accurate, and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.,Dynamic communicator with established customer experience skills, able to connect verbally and in writing in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.
