Description

The Customer Experience Associate at TD Canada Trust is a frontline role focused on building lasting customer relationships. This position involves performing customer service transactions, providing information and advice on banking products and solutions, understanding customer needs to recommend suitable offerings, and processing financial transactions accurately to ensure a positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For

Process financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, bill payments) according to standard procedures, industry regulations, and TD's Code of Conduct and Ethics.,Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions, exercising discretion with confidential information.,Resolve customer concerns using standard procedures, escalating non-standard issues when necessary.,Achieve assigned goals by promoting banking solutions and completing business processes accurately and timely.,Connect with customers to advise on banking solutions and processes.,Contribute to a positive, diverse, and equitable work environment by promoting team effectiveness and participating in personal development.,Support the team through respect, dedication, and keeping colleagues updated on routine activities.,Deliver quality customer experiences and suggest operational improvements.,Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Initiative, accuracy, and detail-orientation to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.,Dynamic communication and established customer experience skills (verbal and written).,Ability to connect with diverse individuals calmly, courteously, and effectively.

Ideal Candidate

High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience,Undergraduate degree or equivalent (asset)
